At TAXX Savage, we are dedicated to providing exceptional resources and services to help tax preparers grow and scale their businesses. Due to the proprietary nature of the information and tools within our platform, we maintain a strict “No Refund Policy” on Taxx Collaboration package sales once access to the client hub has been granted.
Upon entry into the client hub, you initiate a series of communications with our team and gain immediate access to sensitive, proprietary information that cannot be returned or unlearned. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for the Taxx Collaboration package, as the intellectual property’s value is realized upon entry.
We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. The “only instance” where a refund will be considered is if a potential client is unable to produce the required documentation to complete the enrollment process in both the Taxx Collaboration and Taxx Pro packages. In such cases, the refund request will be reviewed and approved by our administrative team, which may take up to 30 days. A $20 service fee will be applied to each refund, along with any additional fees incurred by TAXX Savage.
The Savage Suites and Taxx Academy packages are non-refundable once the client has completed our branding form, and the logo or website creation process has begun, or any passwords have been provided to access the Taxx Academy. This is due to the proprietary nature of the information and work provided, which cannot be unlearned or returned once initiated.
By purchasing any package or service from TAXX Savage, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
